All products from The Manuscript Rescue are digital downloads (PDF). They are supplied immediately on purchase and can be downloaded straight away from the link in your receipt email.

Because the product is delivered in full the moment you buy it, refunds are not available once the download has been accessed, except where the law requires otherwise. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that this ends any right to cancel the purchase.

If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not the product described on the listing, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right, by supplying a working file or, where we cannot, by refunding the purchase.

If you have bought the same product twice by mistake, contact us with both receipts and we will refund the duplicate.
